Job Summary

The role will be supporting the Group Talent Acquisition team in various Employer Branding projects at group and regional scale, which allows a broad view of how employer branding works within a global organization. Additionally, the role will also be supporting group recruitment activities and goals.

General Responsibilities

Employer Branding

• Support Group Talent Acquisition Team to advance DKSH Employer Branding to attract and retain talent
• Implement thoughtful, innovative, and engaging employer branding campaigns that build on and enhance DKSH culture, values, and strategic priorities
• Conduct market research, external benchmarks, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business
• Collaborate with global teams to design and execute global branding initiatives
• Write social media content, post-events, and employees\' stories to publish on external digital platforms
• Create and edit videos for events and social media posts

Talent Acquisition

• Support Group Talent Acquisition on recruitment matters
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Perform other relevant support activities as and when required

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources/Psychology/Marketing/Mass Communications or a similar field
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with relationship-building skills
• Strong knowledge of digital communications and social media best practices
• Proficient in basic video recording and editing tools, e.g., Adobe Premier Rush, Premier Pro
• Analytical skills ideally with proficiency in using pivot-tables (MS Excel)
• An inquisitive and creative mind that enjoys rethinking ways of working
• Highly enthusiastic team player, agile and adaptable
