Reckitt is searching for an HR Coordinator who can carry the torch for our HR processes, adding a personal touch to the employee journey. • Learning and Development (Training) - in charge of event management and coordination for the Learning & Development activities that are organized under Human Resources program.

• Employee Engagement and Communication - Prepare communication materials such as emails & newsletters to inform stakeholders about upcoming activities and driving employee engagement activities.

• Change Management - Assist the implementation of in-market Change Management activities, coordinate with Project Team (Change management team), HR team, and other key stakeholders.

• Organize and maintain HR documents and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

• Perform ad-hoc assigned projects* as required in a high-quality, timely basis

The experience we\'re looking for

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to handle changing task priorities and work situations.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Management, Human Resources, or equivalent with excellent academic track record.
• Local national or eligibility to work in Malaysia
