- Training coordination for both external and in-house training programs. - Assist with HRD Corp grant applications and claims. - Monitoring and updating training records. - Assist with preparing necessary documents to training providers and employees. - Assist to summarise and update the Training Needs Identification matrix and training calendar. - Monitoring and updating inventory of office supplies. - Ensuring proper filing of documents. - Assist with time sheet reporting
