Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy

HR Intern

to support our HR Advisory division. The role focuses on

validation of HR Q&A content

and

testing multiple HR-related chatbots

to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of responses. This position is ideal for someone interested in HR digitalization, knowledge management, and AI-driven HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Validate HR advisory Q&A content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with internal guidelines. Test multiple HR chatbots to evaluate response accuracy, consistency, and functionality. Compare chatbot outputs and document findings, gaps, and improvements needed. Assist in preparing test cases and testing scenarios for HR advisory chatbot enhancements. Work closely with HR and technical teams to report bugs, inconsistencies, and improvements. Support HR documentation, data validation, and knowledge base updates. Assist with other HR tasks as required.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, IT, or related fields. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Interest in HR digital systems, AI tools, or chatbot technology (training will be provided). Good communication and writing skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
