You\'ll report to the Global Reward Manager and work closely with the Tax Compliance & Local Payroll Officers.
Manage the international mobility operations for our global sites. You\'ll gather necessary data to decide on the right global mobility structure for each project within a pre-defined framework and kick off the related action plan and procedures.
Work with our external service providers to understand our obligations and coordinate the related processes and activities (applying for work permits, setting up shadow payroll, organizing tax return assistance, etc.).
Be our go-to person for HR topics related to international mobility on-site. You\'ll work closely together with payroll officers in other company settlements to align the payroll process.
Collaborate with the Field Team Managers on the planning and timing of on-site activities.
Continuously evaluate and improve international mobility procedures and processes. This means organizing work efficiently, using the right tools, shared platforms, meeting structures, and so on.
Hold a master\'s degree in a relevant field such as international business economics, tax or law, with 3-5 years working experience in global mobility or international employment.
Be enthusiastic about international labor law and legislation in general.
Understand how to operate and cooperate across departments, as you\'ll be the pivotal figure bridging the gap between business, finance and HR.
Have strong working methods. You can navigate through complexity and define the necessary steps to move forward.
Have excellent communication skills (oral and written), able to explain the global mobility policy and provide guidance to our business leaders, Field Engineers and Technicians.
