to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and training coordination. You will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and learn the essentials of managing people and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
recruitment process
-- job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
Maintain and update employee databases, records, and documentation.
Support in
onboarding and orientation
for new hires.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
Help prepare HR-related reports, memos, and presentations.
Support payroll and attendance tracking activities (if required).
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information.
Perform other administrative and HR tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
