Job Description

s



i. Assisting in all HR function including recruitment , sourcing , screening , key in data , assist in phone calling , arranging interview session with potential candidates, provide orientation / training and etc.

ii. Assist Human Resource Department in handling administration duties.

iii. Assist in Industrial Relations matters.

iv. Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.

Requirements



Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent. Preferred computer skill(s): Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (

Candidates with Mandarin language is added advantage as the candidate will need to go through our educational guideline in Mandarin*).
Able to work in fast paced environment, multi-tasking and willing to learn. The candidate must be willing to travel to Kulim Kedah. Internship position(s) for duration of 4 to 6 month(s). This position is immediate hiring for January 2025 onwards.
