Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
Onboarding & Documentation
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation.
Update HR databases and staff records.
HR Operations & Administration
Support daily HR administrative tasks.
Handle document filing, scanning and maintaining proper employee record organization.
Employee Engagement & Events
Assist in organising company events, staff activities and training sessions.
Help maintain a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Learning & Development
Coordinate training schedules and attendance.
And assist with any other HR tasks you are interested to learn or where your support is needed.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree students in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related fields.
Positive attitude & willingness to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
