1. Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
2. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
3. Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
5. Support HR projects and initiatives, including training sessions.
6. Handle general administrative tasks related to HR, such as preparing reports and documents.
