Job Description


Job Responsibilities: Recruitment

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires
Training
  • Annual training plan preparation
  • Sourcing suitable training course according to Annual Training Plan (ATP)
  • Adjust ATP schedule timely according to training provider schedule
  • Control training budget
Payroll
  • Prepare monthly payroll using payroll software (iFlexi)
  • Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
Others
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees
  • Support Admin activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes
  • Any ad-hoc task assign by superior or Management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivated and independent
