Together we collaborate to create a culturally rich, diverse organization ensuring we remain innovative, agile and flexible.What should you know:HR Business Partner to the Managing Director and Singapore/Malaysia HH Leadership Team.Understand key business strategies, the resulting HR implications and develop and implement HR plans accordingly.Support driving HR strategy in the areas of talent management, employee development, culture & employee engagement, total compensation management, performance management, and effective compliance with HR policies and procedures.Support our company to be an employer of choice in our markets and support initiatives to attract key talent.Drive effective strategies and policies to strengthen Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in the organization.Ensure effective compliance with employment legislation and supporting effective employee and labor relations through managing disputes, terminations and ensuring managers are clear on their responsibilities regarding people management.Collaborate effectively with all HR COEs to ensure effective HR account management and align with Finance and other support functions to ensure effective support of the businesses.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders and the HR community.Drive continued transformation in HR operations; identifying opportunities to improve and streamline HR related administration, processes and tools.Lead an effective, focused and strong HR team by understanding their abilities and unique contributions and broadening their skill sets to be agile and prepared for any future business requirements.Provide sound financial stewardship, management and control.What should you have:Degree level qualification or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business or similar.Masters degree desirable but not essentialAt least 10 years of progressive experience as an HR professional in multinational companies, of which at least 8 years should be in a leadership or managerial role.Strong knowledge of functional and operational HR areas, such as compliance & regulatory affairs, recruitment, training, organisational development, employee relations, HR information systems, and project management.Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, including communication, negotiation, motivation, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively with all employees across all levels in order to achieve positive outcomes.Our Human Health Division maintains a \xe2\x80\x9cpatient first, profits later\xe2\x80\x9d ideology.
