Degree in Human Resource, business administration, or related field
Can speak in English & Mandarin.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Good understanding of Malaysia labor laws.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Interpret and implement approved company policy and procedure consistently fairly.
Process payroll and statutory payment.
Responsible for foreign worker recruitment, including foreign worker application, work permit & passport renewal, and liaise with immigration or other government authorities.
Plan and implement training programs, including applying HRDF grant to reimbursement of claim or levy.
Assist in identified departments KPIs and performance management & employee evaluation
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Maintaining employee records and paperwork.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by Superior from time to time.
