Develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
Advise department heads on organisational structure and manpower planning.
Design and implement employee retention initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate selection, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and manage HR systems, processes, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal HR policies.
Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
4. Compensation & Benefits
Monitor and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
5. Employee Relations & Welfare
Provide HR advisory services to employees on matters related to attendance, health, performance, discipline, grievances, and organisational changes.
Coordinate and support staff engagement and company events.
Manage employee welfare programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with broad exposure across core HR functions
