Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on

HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager

to manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, handle day-to-day HR operations, and provide professional HR support to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and employee relations. Maintain and update employee records, HR policies, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws. Handle monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD levy), and HR reports. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to support company growth. Manage employee performance review cycles, training needs, and disciplinary matters. Act as the main HR point of contact for management and staff -- providing advice on HR, compliance, and staff welfare matters. Coordinate HR administrative tasks such as HR documentation, letters, and claims. Support management in HR planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in HR operations and statutory compliance is

a must

. Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g. SQL, InfoTech, HR2000). High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and good attention to detail.
