Job Description
Our client is a well established Japanese company specialised in machinery manufacturing and trading.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Location: Pasir Gudang, JB
Industry: Manufacturing of machinery
Job Scope:
To be responsible for the HR and GA functions, including but not limited to employee performance development plan, payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development, industrial relations, and other administrative support.
Reporting to HR Senior Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Human Resources or Business Studies.
Good command of Japanese is an added advantage.
5 years experience in HR in manufacturing environment.
Well verse in employment Act.
Possesses high level of integrity and responsibility.
