Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Supervising the Workers Hostel Team.
Prepare all necessary reports related to the HR department.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years proven working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing sector preferably in food industry.
Good leadership, strong interpersonal skill, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to work under tight schedule and able to deliver assignments promptly.
