Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Enhances the organization\xe2\x80\x99s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Enhances the organization\xe2\x80\x99s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution and attending to all disciplinary proceedings.
  • Ensure the organization\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with local, state and federal regulations and law.
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Maintain company organization charts.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Supervising the Workers\xe2\x80\x99 Hostel Team.
  • Prepare all necessary reports related to the HR department.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years proven working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing sector preferably in food industry.
  • Good leadership, strong interpersonal skill, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work under tight schedule and able to deliver assignments promptly.
