Site Planner - Your future position?

You will be mainly responsible for project transfer trial and sales order planning, scheduling and ordering of raw materials used in manufacturing facility to achieve and maintain KPI targets. You will be based at Ayer Keroh, Melaka and reporting directly to the Supply Chain Assistant Manager. This is a 1 year Contractual role.

• Raw Material Readiness (No trial delayed)
• Successful trial run
• 100% OTIF achievement (On time product transfer)
• Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Track purchase orders and escalate problems.
• Communicate and interact with relevant departments and business partners in order to solve issues.
• Achieve and maintain service level targets.
• Obsolescence Control (use of SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment).
• Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional and global affiliates as required.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly status reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders) and distribute.
• Receive and record vendor confirmations, file purchase order documents, other duties as required. Work with materials planners and purchasing group to resolve vendor issues.
• Manage Packaging Supply.

Your professional profile includes:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Foreign Trade or others.
• This is a 1 year Contractual role.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the area
• APICS certification desired
• ERP/MRP/SAP expertise
• Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Desired SAP, BI,BO)
• Language skills: English - Fluent
• Microsoft Office Suite expertise
