Position : HR Manager Salary Range : RM6,500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM8000 Working Hours: 9AM - 6.30PM Working Day : 5 days working days (Mon-Fri) Working area : Puchong, Selangor Company Background: Professional Skin Care Company Benefit: Annual Leave, Medical leave, Medical Claim, Incentives & Bonus (Depend KPI), EPF,SOCSO, EIS :

• Plan, implement & manage the overall talent acquisition strategy and process.
• Organize all hiring process from recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff including all branches.
• Build an employer brand, improve employee engagement and build strategic talent resources plans & consistently recruiting excellent staff.
• Plan & organize activities & events. (Human Resource related)
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation process
• Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals& maintain with smooth on boarding process.
• Support in overall HR needs, programs, and services of the company in line with company policies and programs.
• Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures. (Etc: training, counseling, and coaching all staffs)
• Handle disciplinary cases: - investigate; issue show cause letter, warning letter or termination of service, resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Handling workplace/branches investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Conducting performance and wage reviews & reporting to Executive Director. Creating clear and concise reports.

Requirements :

• Possess with diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field
• Familiar in labor law and performance management.
• Required language : Mandarin / English / Malay
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel & Power Point.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solver, strong ethical standards pleasant personality, self-motivated & team work.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Have at least 5 years of related experience in any field.
• The candidate who have sufficient and related experience in Skin Care/Cosmetics industry is preferred.
• Prefer the candidates who have rich experience on Performance Management and related strategies (for example, training)
