Job Description

• Lead the development of the \xe2\x80\x9cbrands\xe2\x80\x9d marketing plan.
• Lead in ongoing analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer, and competitive information as part of a situation assessment of brand performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Working together with the Brands team to build, plan and implement a marketing strategy to promote the brand and improve sales.
• Build the team to support the plan and strategy.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines marketing (SEM), social media ads, market place ads and display advertising.
• Manage and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events, and on ground events.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• 5 years in marketing for e-commerce, online and/or consumer marketing and at least 1 year in managerial role.
• Candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in managing digital channels and programs: Digital demand creation and fulfilment.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry would be an added advantage.
• A strong track record in consumer marketing with a mix of ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and offline experience with proven creative excellence.
• Strong analytical skills, able to leverage data points and market analysis to form actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience in the beauty industry would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month Benefits:
