This role oversees the full spectrum of HR operations to ensure smooth business and project execution. The focus is on implementing effective HR strategies, improving HR processes, and enhancing employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full HR operations including payroll, performance management, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and processes to improve efficiency and support business needs.
Manage HR systems, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR functions.
Handle employee relations, provide HR advisory to managers, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure HR compliance with labour laws, company policies, and support HR audits and governance requirements.
Requirement
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field.
Professional certification in HR is an added advantage.
Preferably with candidates with 5 years' experience of relevant experience, preferably in
managerial
or
supervisory capabity.
Proficient in MS office application
Tech-savy
with ability to learn and adapt to HR system.
Strong
organizational, analytical
and problem-solving skills with hands-on approach.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking abilities.
Proactive & positive attitude with a strong ability to motivate and engage teams effectively.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
