This role is pivotal in integrating HR initiatives across various functions to ensure a cohesive and impactful people management approach. By leveraging IKEA\'s culture and values, the HR Manager, KV will optimize talent management, enhance the employee experience, and support IKEA\'s mission of creating a better everyday life for the many people.Through strategic leadership and firsthand guidance, this role will translate Country People Strategies into local actions, provide HR advice to leaders, and foster an environment where IKEA\'s values are a living reality.
