A market leader MNC is looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join their team.Job Scopes:
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions which including compensation and benefits, learning and development, industrial relations, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance and etc.
Ensuring alignment, implementation and execution of established policy & procedures as well as to improvise from time to time.
Oversee IT and admin functions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any business field.
At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resourec and Administration field.
Proven achievement as HR Leader, preferably someone from manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of industrial relations and employment act.
Hands-on on HR operations.
High integrity, strong communication skills, stakeholder managment, and leadership abilities.
