A market leader MNC is looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join their team. Job Scopes:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions which including compensation and benefits, learning and development, industrial relations, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance and etc.
- Ensuring alignment, implementation and execution of established policy & procedures as well as to improvise from time to time.
- Oversee IT and admin functions.
- Bachelor degree in any business field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resourec and Administration field.
- Proven achievement as HR Leader, preferably someone from manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial relations and employment act.
- Hands-on on HR operations.
- High integrity, strong communication skills, stakeholder managment, and leadership abilities.

- HR experience in manufacturing industry

- Hands on experience in processing payroll
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
