Develop and monitor overall HR strategies,systems and procedures across the organization. Bridge management and employee relations byaddressing grievances or other issues to create apositive employer-employee relationship Support current and future business needsthrough the development, engagement,motivation and preservation of human capital Develop and maintain competitive compensationand benefits plans through benchmarking Oversee and manage a performancemanagement system that drives highperformance and continuous improvement Ensure full legal compliance throughout humanresource management Overseeing disciplinary actions Report to management and provide decisionsupport through HR metrics Manage the recruitment and selection process Assess training needs to apply and monitortraining programs Nurture a positive working environment General administration of offices/factory Facilities and maintenance knowhow onoffices/factory Requirements: Proven working experience as HR & Admin Manager/Senior HR & Admin Manager preferably in a multi-subsidiaries corporation with regional presence especially within ASEAN region People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resourcesmetrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadershipskills Excellent active listening, communication andpresentation skills Competence to build and effectively manageinterpersonal relationships at all levels of thecompany In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR bestpractices Degree or higher qualification in HumanResources or related field
