The HR Manager role is a management role that reports directly to the CEO. This role requires someone who is greatly passionate about human resources, championing talents, understand company\'s position in dealing with employee\'s affairs and be an all rounder when it comes to lifting employees performance. You will be working with every department in understanding each team\'s function and monitor performance on a daily basis while identifying potential threats. Develop job scope for every employee and identify key performance indicator and monitor closely to achieve great output
Understand company\'s policy and culture as well as employee job scope in providing holistic solution towards improving job performance of an individual or team
Be the first person in touch when it comes to employee related matters and providing viable solutions in tackling the issues
Fully in charged of internal employee affairs (complaints, lateness, absentees, emergency and etc)
Execute end to end talent acquisition from sourcing to signing.
Collaborate with universities to source for talents and participating in career fairs and giving presentation
Employer branding aligned with company\'s direction, initiating content and key highlights
Generate monthly payroll and statutory submission using existing software
Issuing official documents, e.g. offer letter, confirmation letter, salary adjustment letter, warning letter etc.
Handle day-to-day matters in respect of medical claims, administer and monitor employees\' leave records using software
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in general human resources
Excellent grasp of 3 main languages in both written and verbal communications
Be the people person and attentive to employee\'s doubts and enquiries
Able to multitask between the tasks on hand
Be consistent with reporting timeline (daily and weekly) to management team on existing employee matters
Extensive network on talent sourcing
