JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Job Scope:
Ensure efficient and cost effective general affairs and office administration to support and improve operational competitiveness
Responsible for effective administration of Admin & HR function
Responsible in Recruitment and Selection to ensure sufficient on-time fulfillment of manpower requirement
Identify training and skill development opportunities relevant in food manufacturing industry for continuous learning. This includes organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities in line with company requirement
Develop and execute effective Performance Management system (in tandem with corporate policies) to instill motivation for employee performance excellence
Develop a comprehensive HR Policy in line with market and industry practice
Lead and implement best practices that will upkeep work discipline and team spirit in the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Studies or its equivalent.
At least 10 years of working experience in HR field (manufacturing industry) with minimum 5 years in managerial/leader position.
Familiar in recruiting and managing foreign workers
Good working knowledge and contacts with relevant Malaysian Authorities relating to employment practices
Must be assertive with high integrity and professional ethics
Dynamic team leader with excellent leadership qualities and people management Skills
