JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
  • Job Scope:
  • Ensure efficient and cost effective general affairs and office administration to support and improve operational competitiveness
  • Responsible for effective administration of Admin & HR function
  • Responsible in Recruitment and Selection to ensure sufficient on-time fulfillment of manpower requirement
  • Identify training and skill development opportunities relevant in manufacturing industry for continuous learning.
  • Develop and execute effective Performance Management system
  • Develop a comprehensive HR Policy in line with market and industry practice
  • Lead and implement best practices that will upkeep work discipline and team spirit in the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Studies or its equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in HR field (manufacturing industry) with minimum 5 years in managerial/leader position.
  • Familiar in full spectrum of HR functions including Industrial Relations.
  • Good working knowledge and contacts with relevant Malaysian Authorities relating to employment practices
  • Must be assertive with high integrity and professional ethics
  • Dynamic team leader with excellent leadership qualities and people management Skills
