Your tasks

  • Assist Management/Managers in the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, employee engagement, policy reviews, and payroll & benefits administration
  • Support management in the planning and strategizing of KPIs
  • Monitor the local labor climate, laws and regulations and the key driver of continuous review and improvement in HR policies and benefits.
  • Provide timely Management Reporting for people topics, and drive the effective implementation of business-relevant people strategies over time
  • Assist Management/Managers in any other HR matters where needed
