Assist Management/Managers in the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, employee engagement, policy reviews, and payroll & benefits administration
Support management in the planning and strategizing of KPIs
Monitor the local labor climate, laws and regulations and the key driver of continuous review and improvement in HR policies and benefits.
Provide timely Management Reporting for people topics, and drive the effective implementation of business-relevant people strategies over time
Assist Management/Managers in any other HR matters where needed
