Job Skill Requirements

\xef\x81\xac Good knowledge in Southeast Asia region Employment Act

\xef\x81\xac Familiar with talent acquisition and development (TD) and by working with external consultant for overseas TD, employee engagement and HR management system.

\xef\x81\xac Strong and proven HR & Admin management skills with effective interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills to deal with management and employees at all levels.

\xef\x81\xac Proficiency with MS Office and HR software.

\xef\x81\xac Ability to draft local and overseas employment contract with legal knowledge highly valued

\xef\x81\xac Business knowledge and experience in Testing-Inspection-Certification industry or Marine Service industry preferred.

\xef\x81\xac Industrial relations and dispute resolution

\xef\x81\xac Major in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent

Responsibilities

\xef\x81\xac Supervising day-to-day operations of the HR department

\xef\x81\xac Hands-on to take charge, review, design and execute HR policies that will assist in improving the growth of the company.

\xef\x81\xac Oversee the recruitment cycle, boarding/ off-boarding of staff, including employment & consultant contract signing and renewals etc.

\xef\x81\xac In charge of employment pass application and renewal.

\xef\x81\xac Manage overseas staff personnel, including outsourced labour, consultants etc.

\xef\x81\xac Assist management to monitor the KPI of department heads and performance appraisal.

\xef\x81\xac Liaise with Government agencies on HR related survey, reports, relevant funding, applications and claims.

\xef\x81\xac Partnering with Department Managers for employees\xe2\x80\x99 learning and development.

\xef\x81\xac Manage and advise Management on employees\xe2\x80\x99 relation matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism, and other employee disputes.

\xef\x81\xac Drive HR initiative on related matters.

\xef\x81\xac Partner to Business Units\xe2\x80\x99 strategic directions on HR matters.

\xef\x81\xac Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by GM.
