Job Description
A newly established glass packaging company in Kedah is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its pioneer team and play a key role in setting up HR operations for the new manufacturing facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals.
- Establish recruitment processes for building the initial workforce.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
- Create a positive work culture and handle employee relations issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company standards.
Implement performance management systems.
Plan training and development programs to upskill employees.
- Develop competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
- Manage payroll and related HR administration.
- Passionate and enthusiastic to be part of a newly setup team
- Strong hands-on capability in HR functions
- Able to work in fast-paced and self-driven environment
- Willing to travel overseas when required
