Duties would involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and talent management. Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred. Have experience in retail industry Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to work under stress and pressure. Great organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Excellent writing skills. Good communication skills including interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills s \xe2\x80\xa2Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy \xe2\x80\xa2Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues \xe2\x80\xa2Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital \xe2\x80\xa2Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization \xe2\x80\xa2Nurture a positive working environment \xe2\x80\xa2Oversee & manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance \xe2\x80\xa2Assess training needs to apply & monitor training programs \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management \xe2\x80\xa2Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics such as \xe2\x80\xa2Employee satisfaction \xe2\x80\xa2Headcount \xe2\x80\xa2Time to Hire \xe2\x80\xa2Total turnover rate \xe2\x80\xa2Retention rate \xe2\x80\xa2Review and appraise current forms that are being used and improve where necessary \xe2\x80\xa2Review & formulate hiring guidelines by position where necessary \xe2\x80\xa2Review current \xe2\x80\x9cIntern Program\xe2\x80\x9d, develop a sustainable plan in line with business requirement \xe2\x80\xa2Formulate and implement KPI by department/position and carry out periodical review to update the Management from time to time
