A new HR Manager job has become available at a fast-growing fintech company that provides wage access services in the region. About the HR Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the two main areas within human resources and admin. Working closely with the regional counterparts, this role with oversee main HR matters ranging from onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, training & development, expat management and benefits administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment for Malaysia office, this includes managing job advertisements portal, screening CVs, scheduling and conducting 1st level of interviews
  • Manage the medical and insurance renewal
  • Oversee employee benefits like health insurance and outpatient claims
  • Event management like townhall, employee check-in sessions, conferences, etc.
  • Support on the implementation and improvements of local HR policies and procedures
  • Manage end-to-end admin work such as document filing, reception duties, maintain facilities and office equipment
  • Support on travel arrangement and accommodation booking for stakeholders work travel plans
  • Handle incoming mails and courier management
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties on daily business operations
To succeed in this HR Manager role, you will need to have the passion and drive for people and culture. Being the sole contributor in this role and managing a headcount of 30+ you will need to drive the initiatives and tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR/Business Admin or related field
  • At least five years\' relevant experience as an HR generalist
  • Prior working experience using HRIS platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Hangeul or Mandarin is an added advantage due to the nature of the role
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to demonstrate high attention to detail
