Job Description


The individual in this position will collaborate closely with the Regional HR Director and the local country management team to achieve the company\'s overall business objectives and priorities. This involves offering guidance and implementing various human resources programs, encompassing recruitment, performance and talent development, organizational design, compensation and rewards, and employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with the country management team on a wide range of HR activities.
  • Participate in reviewing the organizational structure to align with business expansion and growth.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee mobility, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Identify potential talents for succession planning in critical positions and lead talent management efforts.
  • Maintain and review the Company\'s HR Policy, SOPs, and Employee Handbook, and recommend improvements to HR practices in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Offer consultative support, mediate, and resolve employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Execute Corporate and regional HR programs for local implementation in the country.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in human resources management or related qualifications.
  • At least 7 years of HR generalist experience in HR, preferably from a multinational organization with good track record in implementing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and related statutory requirements.
  • People oriented with strong stakeholder management skills, resourceful and able to interact with individuals of all levels.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of all HR processes; strong problem-solving skills with exemplary customer service.
  • Strong generalist competencies; demonstrated business partner experience in a nimble, fluid environment.
  • Effective communication/presentation skills and ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders within the business.
