Responsible for the public relation coordination and keep related records and files 4. Responsible for KPI Appraisel/Evaluation/Training /Examination and selection procedures 5. Strictly abide by labor laws & government labor policies management systems/be responsible for recruitment/hiring/dismissal/signing of labor contracts/implement employees in accordance with the law 6. Responsible for the assessment of the Company KPI, formulating the assessment method, implementation and result review on monthly basis 7. Implement the correct issuance of employee salaries/reimbursements claim/allowances/benefis/bonuses etc\xe2\x80\xa6. 8. Perform conrrespondence with labour office, or governemnt authority with related to labour and maintain its good relation 9. Responsible for statutory registration with local authorities \xef\xbc\x88include Labour Office, EPF, SOCSO & LHDN registration) 10. Formulate organizational structure, positions and manpower planning based on Company\'s business strategy, process and development direction. Job Requirement 1. Good in public relation, human resource management and business managemen. Familiar with company law, labor law, occupational health and safety requirement, fire protection regulations and other relevant regulations, Familiarized with social security protection (including pension, work injury, medical treatment, childbirth, unemployment) procedures. Familiarized with the internal and external culture of an organization 2. Good writing skills, proficient in document processing, understanding of the six modules of human resource management, and familiarity with labor law, company law and other relevant corporate management regulations 3. Possess human resource management experience, strong principle, strong logical analytical skills and judgment ability, possesses organizational ability, charisma, good at listening, and good at solving problems 4. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business or its relevant. 5. 5 years of working experience as Assistant Human Resource Manager and above.
