As the HR Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure we attract, retain, and develop talent, as well as foster a positive and engaging work environment. You will help drive our people plans as the company grows internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate and manage all recruitment and selection activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Develop and implement initiatives / processes for employee happiness and retention.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation.
• Implement performance management and appraisal systems, to ensure employees are recognized for their contributions and are given opportunities for growth and development.
• Develop and manage employee training and development programs, to help our people grow professionally.
• Work with team leads to identify critical areas of expertise for employee training and HR planning.
• Manage compensation plans, to ensure that they are competitive.
• Work with management on HR planning.
• Resolve employee relations issues and conflicts in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Monitor and enforce company policies to maintain a respectful, safe, and healthy work environment.
• While your focus is HR, you may also assist in other key administrative matters as directed.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs.
• Experience in recruitment, selection, training and employee development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be a Malaysian or have Malaysia PR / RP.
