Position Title : HR Manager Industry : Label/Sticker Manufacturing Location: Batu Pahat,Johor /Shah Alam Salary Range: Up to RM7200 : \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization\'s overall mission, vision, and goals. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with management to provide HR expertise and guidance in decision-making and business planning. \xe2\x97\x8f Lead initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. \xe2\x97\x8f Oversee recruitment efforts, develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent within the organization. \xe2\x97\x8f Lead the performance management process, advise managers on addressing performance issues and providing coaching and facilitating employee development and growth. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies, andmaintain a safe and respectful work environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, benefits enrollment, and ensuring competitive and attractive compensation packages. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate learning and development opportunities for employees at all levels. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage the HR department, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation. \xe2\x97\x8f Collecting and analyzing HR data to gain insights into workforce trends, turnover rates, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making and enhance HR process. \xe2\x97\x8f Facilitate effective communication between management and employees, ensuring that employees are informed about company policies, initiatives, and changes. \xe2\x97\x8f Implement programs to promote a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and a diverse and inclusive workplace. Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR leadership roles in manufacturing industry \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field \xe2\x97\x8f In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations \xe2\x97\x8f Proven track record of strategic HR management \xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions \xe2\x97\x8f Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,200.00 per month Application Question(s):
