This applicant is expected to be experienced in the full spectrum in HR & Admin functions. - Manage the full staffing process, including job placement, screening, recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding process. - Review and develop the company policies from time to time or when necessary, based on the latest rules and regulations. - Be aware of changes in employment law, understand basic compensation practices and benefits administration. - Familiar with government systems \xe2\x80\x93 Xpatnova, ESD, MyfutureJob for Employment Pass, dependent pass & MACS application. - Full responsible for monthly payroll computation and familiar with payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF & PCB). - Provide guidance, coaching and counseling to management and leadership to ensure the resolution of employment-related matters. - Familiar with Malaysia employment tax rules and regulations (non-resident tax rate, tax clearance, annual tax return, 15% knowledge worker tax incentive) - To conduct Orientation/Induction programme for new joiner - Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Responsible for day-to-day HR operations. - Ensure effective implementation of the employee\xe2\x80\x99s performance management process. - Perform ad hoc or any tasks assigned by Management from time to time. - Provide report timely as required. Requirement - The candidate must have a minimum degree in any discipline. - At least ten years working experience in the HR managerial role. - The candidate must be able to converse in English, Malay. - Must be able to do multi-tasking in HR process including Welfare & Benefit, Industrial relations, Employee Relation etc. - Experienced with eIPTS system for teaching permit application will be a plus. - Have a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines. - Possess good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. - Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
