ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as advisor to Senior HR Director based in Singapore and HRBP to Vice President in Malaysia.
Oversee HR functions across the full HR spectrum.
Provide oversight and leadership to local HR team.
Monitor and ensure that the organization is in full compliance with the local employment law and regulations.
Participate and support HR Transformation initiatives.
Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and execute best talent acquisition practices.
Performs other duties which may be assigned by the superior.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Management or HR Management.
At least 5 years of experience as a HR Manager in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Good understanding of manufacturing industry.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Resilient and willing to get hands dirty
Good stakeholder management skills.
Results driven with a customer centric mind-set.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
