ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serves as advisor to Senior HR Director based in Singapore and HRBP to Vice President in Malaysia.
  • Oversee HR functions across the full HR spectrum.
  • Provide oversight and leadership to local HR team.
  • Monitor and ensure that the organization is in full compliance with the local employment law and regulations.
  • Participate and support HR Transformation initiatives.
  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and execute best talent acquisition practices.
  • Performs other duties which may be assigned by the superior.
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or HR Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a HR Manager in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing industry.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and willing to get hands dirty
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Results driven with a customer centric mind-set.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus
