Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop the company\'s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering employee development and satisfaction.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including planning recruitment efforts, managing recruitment channels, conducting interviews and selections, to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employees\' skills, knowledge, and career growth. Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans and promote internal advancement.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage a performance evaluation system to ensure fair assessment of employees\' performance and provide appropriate rewards and incentives. Aid in continuous performance improvement and address underperformance issues.
  • Employee Relations Management: Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and ensure employees receive support and respect within the work environment. Foster a positive team collaboration atmosphere.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage and maintain compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive pay and attractive benefits to attract and retain exceptional employees.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure company HR policies and practices adhere to local labor laws and regulations, minimizing potential legal risks.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead the HR team, offering guidance and support, nurturing team members\' abilities, and ensuring efficient teamwork.
  • Future Planning: Actively research HR trends and developments, providing recommendations and plans for the company\'s future HR strategy.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in HR management, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with various HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, effectively engaging with employees at various levels.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership capabilities to inspire team potential and drive team goals achievement.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent Chinese language skills, including writing, speaking, and listening.
