Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employees\' skills, knowledge, and career growth. Collaborate with department heads to create individual development plans and promote internal advancement.

Requirements:
Extensive experience in HR management, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with various HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
