Our client is a global leader in designing and manufacturing critical power solutions. Responsibilities:
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for a newly established setup in Ipoh, building the HR foundation and ensuring all people-related processes run effectively from the ground up.
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, with primary focus on hiring engineers and corporate office staff in the Perak region.
Develop and roll out key HR policies and structure during the first 6-12 months, aligning with the company's growth roadmap.
Support and partner with leadership on talent management initiatives, compensation & benefits planning, and HR systems implementation.
Coordinate with the external payroll provider during the transition period, ensuring timely and accurate payroll support and the eventual internal takeover.
Drive the deployment of a new HR system (or upgrade of an existing one) and embed efficient HR operations and practices across the organisation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations within the manufacturing industry.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with both local teams and regional stakeholders.
Currently based in, or deeply familiar with, the hiring landscape in Ipoh/Perak region.
Experience in implementing or managing HR system roll-outs is highly advantageous.
