Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in HR processes (full spectrum)
  • Hands-on experience on recruitment (contact center), geographical responsibility in Malaysia, Thai, Philippine, Mexico
  • Involve in onboarding and offboarding (i.e. such as IR cases for investigation of misconduct, domestic inquiry)
  • Liaise with local agencies to place the foreigners in the local country
  • Ensure that all our work processes follow company guidelines, national legislation and regulations.
  • Exposure in global market
  • L&D Aspect: Involve in staff engagement events to provide training
  • HR Admin (schedule interviews, preparation of offer letters, car park seasonal)
  • Manage the movement of HR policies or company updates (i.e. new joiner announcement, employee engagement events)
  • Maintain good engagement with stakeholders
  • Involve in performance management
  • Act as a Business Partner to department managers, advising and support assigned department in all general HR-related matters.
  • Handle employee grievances in an effective and efficient manner so as to preserve good employee relations and industrial harmony.
  • Responsible to ensure uses of HR data to enable better management of all human resources related processes, payroll accuracy and timely, timekeeping and attendance and staff planning works in a timely and efficient way.
  • Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
  • A minimum of 5 years direct experience working in Human Resource (recruitment, industrial relations, employee relations, engagement and compensation and benefits)
  • Must be able to communicate well in English (both written & spoken)
  • Independent thinker and a problem-solver
  • Resourceful and proactive
  • Flexible & agile
  • Possess sound business acumen, strong leadership skills and team spirit
  • Up-to-date with HR best practices and trends
  • Has experience in utilizing headcount budget forecasting (System: PM1) and Payroll system (System: SAP)
