Responsibilities:

To lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
Monthly payroll and statutory payments.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Managing the recruitment, selection process and manpower planning.
Monitor, review employee compensation and benefit packages from time to time and provide the proposal to management when necessary.
To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when needed.
Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience in HR
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin is an additional advantage.
Strong prioritizing skills, results driven and good analytical mindset.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
