This person will become an integral team member that works on our full breadth of clients across different industries. You will be part of a team working on both local and regional project implementation. Dynamic individual to provide integrated communications counsel and to work hand-in hand with our internal teams to make strategic recommendations in the planning, developing and implementation of integrated campaigns and proposals to meet our clients\' brand objectives. What you\'ll do as you move with us: Lead a team of associates in providing day-to-day management of client servicing according to agreed timelines. Drafting content production and management of proposals, presentations, press releases, case studies, reports and other collaterals. Developing relationships with clients and external audiences on media enquiries and vendor relations. Providing recommendations to clients in a proactive manner to maximize communications efforts and/or anticipate issues in order to achieve business results. Actively involved in soliciting for new business opportunities to build the client database. Requirements Possess at least 5 years of agency/in house experience in communications with secondary experience in Digital/Social/Integrated to drive creative integrated campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (primary working language) and BM with a strong passion for writing comprehensive news and articles. Team player with strong ability to motivate, inspire, delegate and lead teams to consistently exceed client expectations. Proven track record in achieving high client satisfaction and new business opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with strong attention to detail. Ability to push the envelope and think outside of the box. Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization as an active participant in culture initiatives, training opportunities and employee resource groups.
