Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and support management in strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 - 10 years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
