The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in driving HR strategies and ensuring the effective execution of initiatives and action plans. This role oversees the full spectrum of HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS management, benefits administration, and related processes. Acting as the primary HR advisor, the Manager will provide guidance on human resources, employment law, best practices, and workplace compliance. The position reports directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources at our US headquarters.
