Based in: Sandakan, Sabah



Responsibilities



  • Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, payroll, compensation, benefits, training and development.
  • Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
  • Lead, manage and administer the legalization of foreign workers.
  • Built connection and liaise with local and foreign government agencies to ensure all foreign workers\' recruitments adhered to the law and running smoothly.
  • Manage workforce issues and process improvements on all workforce-related matter.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Support the operations to acquire talent and provide soft skill training to motivate and groom leaders.
  • Oversee and coordinate administration system and general workflows.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and maintenance of office and equipment.
  • Organize and implement CSR, Academic Collaboration, Career Exhibition and Staff Welfare activities or events.
  • Enforce and review company policies and practices.




Requirements



  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource/ Management/Business Studies or equivalent from recognized Universities.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in Human Resource and Administration field.
  • Prior experience in handling 500 employees is an added advantage.
  • A high degree of integrity and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Willing to travel.
