\xe3\x83\xbbWork closely with key leaders to ensure organizational success and achieve business objectives through various HR initiatives
\xe3\x83\xbbBridging the management and employee to achieve a harmonious, performance driven, agile and entrepreneurial work-culture
\xe3\x83\xbbKey contact of government authorities (ie MOHR, IRB, EPF, PERKESO, etc) to ensure compliance with local employment regulatory, tax, audit, reporting requirement

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Minimum 5 years of work experience as HR Generalist, preferably in a Manufacturing company
\xe2\x9c\x93Diploma/Advanced Diploma or above
\xe2\x9c\x93Own transport
\xe2\x9c\x93Language Mandarin
