HR MANAGERResponsibilities:1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with RBA requirements, including labor practices, environmental sustainability, and ethical business practices.2. Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees are aware of and comply with RBA requirements.3. Conduct periodic audits of HR practices to ensure compliance with RBA requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.4. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations into complaints or allegations of misconduct.5. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.6. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR and RBA8. Serve as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing guidance and advice on HR-related issues and RBA compliance.9. Maintain accurate records of employee information, including personnel files and HR-related documentation.10. Manage the HR budget and ensure that HR-related expenses are within budgetary constraints.Qualifications1. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2. Strong knowledge of RBA requirements and standards, as well as HR-related laws and regulations.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.5. Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with RBA requirements.6. Experience managing HR-related budgets and expenses.7.
