HR ManagerSalary: RM12,000 Location: Shah AlamPrincipal Accountabilities and Key Activities
Responsible for full spectrum of human resource functions for SEA countries, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Manage recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the Company objectives.
Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures and local legislation.
Address employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping, HRIS management, and documentation. Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Work closely with HR lead from other countries to ensure alignment of HR strategies and practices and HR projects.
Office management including providing administrative supports, etc.
