Manpower Planning:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment process.
Ensure on boarding and off boarding is carried out accordingly.
Verify that all recruitment-related documents are organised and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Manage employee movements, such as issuing official letters for resignations, transfers, and re-designations.
Industrial Relations:
Address and resolve complaints or misconduct within the company.
Take responsibility for ensuring the correct processes and decisions in matters of industrial relations and misconduct.
Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and procedures by employees.
Reports:
Create and periodically update manpower reports.
Prepare required reports on a monthly basis.
Assist in the yearly budgeting process.
Develop and improve policies and procedures in accordance with company directives and best practices.
Respond to government requests for company-level manpower data.
HR Operations:
Address all HR queries and provide advice to employees and management.
Propose best practices for the benefit of employees and the company.
Suggest and implement enhancements to HR policies and procedures as needed.
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
A minimum of bachelor\'s degree in any relevant discipline
Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is an additional advantage)
