Develop HR & EHS priorities, strategies and plans that align with overall company. Ensure effective reporting of the function\xe2\x80\x99s HR & Safety performance. Ensure effective compliance and enforcement of HR & EHS Policy within the function.
Oversees the expatriates and foreign worker\'s work permit application and renewals including the expatriates & foreign workers welfares
Provide advice, coaching and direction on employment issues, application of HR Admin & EHS policies and procedures, and interpretation of HR Admin &SHE legislation in order to develop management knowledge and skill and ensure compliance.
Management of the day to day employment relations and SHE problems, HR & EHS disputes or issues including IR, disciplinary processes, terminations, restructuring activities and grievances. Provision of sound employment law and SHE advice, support and counsel to managers and supervisors on how to handle specific situations including possible outcomes and implications in order to minimise negative employee relations and workplace activity. Ensure all employment relations & EHS problems, disputes and issues are investigated, evaluated and resolved in a fair and consistent man
